Wow, nice work, this really speaks to how I've been feeling all day today... being an artist sometimes feels like a personal hell, but in the end I prefer this hell over any other and can't imagine it any other way.

You too? I noticed that, for a lot of people art has been more like Hell then pleasure in doing it. I'm glad you could connect to this, and you're right. A personal hell is a lot better then many others.

I can't help but feel as though I'm partially at fault for your suffering this mood. I've been exceedingly lax in showing my support for your work of late (i.e. the last several months), and I probably deserve to be given a good hard smack upside the head for it, but I do want to do more for you in the future. I'm still grossly envious of your artistic ability, and I see no real reason to expect that to change anytime soon -- given the slow rate at which I am improving and the much faster rate at which you are.

Long story short:
I'm sorry; I need to tell you much more often than I do about how awesome you are.

Thank you for the support this past year, Q. But don't worry its not your fault. Its actually just me not being able to snap out of this depressing state as of late because of many things I see myself doing wrong. Personally, I've just given up on a lot of things for like... no reason because it doesnt seem worth it.

Don't feel bad, because you have given me tons of encouragement AND big ego boosts.
